Abu Dhabi, 12 November 2009: The Ministry of Federal National Council Affairs (MSFNCA) organized a ceremony to honour its employees for their exemplary work and commitment to the Ministry. This comes in line with the MSFNCA's objective of strengthening bonds with the employees.

His Excellency Dr Anwar Gargash, Minister of State for the Federal National Council Affairs, praised the efforts of the employees in enhancing the performance levels at the Ministry. He stressed the importance of nurturing human resources through encouragement and support.

“Qualified human resources are considered as a strong sounding board for success. We are committed to developing the performance of our employees and is in line with the strategic plan of the Ministry to strengthen our human resources,” he added.

His Excellency Tariq Lootah, Director General of the MSFNCA, said the event highlights the Ministry’s commitment to recognize the efforts of its employees and to bridge any gap between the senior management and employees.

He congratulated the efforts of the Ministry’s departments in setting operational plans and stressed the importance of implementing it. "Moving forward requires more effort, dedication and perseverance to keep pace with the modern needs and achieve the desirable outcome that fulfils the vision of our leaders.”
