The Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs honored the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources for its distinctive role in developing human resources in the public sector according to the best international standards.

Speaking on the occasion, H.E. Tariq Hilal Lootah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs, stated: “The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources is a strategic partner to the ministry and plays a significant role in developing human resources. The Authority has helped implement the best global standards in this field, including helping ministries and federal bodies to achieve their plans and objectives and improving government performance with the goal of making the UAE one of the best countries in the world.”

“In line with the directives of the UAE’s wise leadership, the Ministry considers the development of human resources and investment in human capital among its top priorities. Human resources represent the basis for achieving the Ministry’s strategic goals,” added HE Tariq Lootah.

The meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation and coordination between the Ministry and the Authority besides exchanging a number of ideas and proposals.
