The Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs (MFNCA) organised a special internal ceremony to honour departments and teams that have made outstanding achievements to support the Ministry’s vision and strategic objectives.
The event formed part of the MFNCA’s commitment to establishing a happy and stimulating work environment, and an occasion to celebrate the accomplishments of staff members and thank them for their hard work. The ceremony offered a platform for communicating directly with employees and introducing them to the Ministry’s recent achievements and future plans.
His Excellency Tariq Hilal Lootah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of State for FNC Affairs, asserted that teamwork is the cornerstone of the Ministry’s excellence and leadership. “By working together, the Ministry’s team created a sophisticated ecosystem where roles and responsibilities are integrated to drive excellence and offer services that meet the highest standards,” he added.
H.E. Lootah noted that the UAE leadership’s directives constitute guidelines for the Ministry’s employees across all specialisations. “Our leadership has taught us to always aim high with our ambition,” he said, “and to turn challenges into opportunities, which, in turn, become the starting point for a renewed journey towards success and excellence. This is what we are accustomed to here at the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs, and it will remain our mantra going forward.”
“Today’s gathering is an opportunity for establishing direct communication and coming together to celebrate the accomplishments of our Ministry,” H.E. continued. “These achievements have had clear effects on all aspects of the Ministry’s work and the services we offer, which, in turn, helps upgrade government operations in their entirety, bringing us a step closer to the excellence so coveted by the UAE Government.”
The event also included the screening of a video presentation summarising the various recent accomplishments of the Ministry of State for FNC Affairs, as well as honouring those participating in the Prime Minister’s Medals, part of the fifth Mohammed bin Rashid Government Excellence Award 2018 ceremony.
