The Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs announced its participation in the Careers UAE 2016 exhibition, a leading platform that will bring together national competencies in the government and private sectors, from May 16 to 18 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

His Excellency Tariq Hilal Lootah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs, said: “The ministry’s participation in ‘Careers UAE 2016’ comes as part of its Emiratisation efforts and in line with the vision of the wise leadership of the UAE.”

HE Lootah added: “The ministry is keen to attract national talents in this show, which is an annual event that aims to create communication between the young generation and various government and private sector entities seeking to hire qualified national expertise.”

HE Lootah said the ministry will assess the applications to select national candidates who can meet the current requirements, and empower them to actively participate in the ministry’s work process and its quest to achieve greater success.

The Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs organizes training programmes to enhance the performance of its employees and achieve excellence in all areas of activities. The ministry is working on implementing the initiatives to promote a culture of political participation among all segments of the society through various activities such as lectures, workshops, awareness bulletins, ‘Political Participation’ magazine, as well as electronic initiatives like the electronic empowerment bulletins and interactive website.
