HE Dr Anwar Mohammed Gargash – Minister of State for Federal National Council – that the government take over all the recommendations issued by the Federal National Council, on the occasion of the discussion of the topics due attention and seriousness required, and so out of respect for the government to the article (92) of the Constitution and in recognition of the Council’s role in supporting the government and its support in the context of issues of common interest to achieve the interest of the homeland and the citizen.

The Minister reiterated that the Cabinet had agreed to most of the recommendations of the National Council issued to 25 on the federal out of 30 discussed the policy during the legislative term of the fourteenth, which emphasizes the interest of the Council and the keenness to enhance cooperation and integration with the National Council also pointed out that he is currently up to issue resolution in the rest of them during the next phase.

The Minister reiterated that the government is keen to put these recommendations into practice whenever feasible; as the implementation of the recommendations of the Council depends – is the basis – on the nature of each recommendation. There are recommendations issued by the Council do not need nature to practical implementation, but you take the government into account when developing plans and policies and strategies, and there are recommendations emphasize the importance of the work of the government in a particular subject, and considers these recommendations, such as the adoption of the Council and its support for the government in the performance of an activity based on its implementation Indeed, the latter type of recommendations is detailed recommendations, which recommendations regarding courses of action already in place. Where the Minister explained that the implementation of these recommendations need to make certain changes; courses of action such as changing the list, or change some of the policies or the means with respect to or make specific changes in legislation such as development of a new law or amendments to existing laws. May require implementation of some of these recommendations the need for coordination between more than one governmental entity, which may require some time to put it into practice.

His Excellency stressed on the fact that the implementation of these recommendations remain a shared responsibility between the government and the Federal National Council. In conclusion, re Excellency stressed that the cooperation between the government and the Federal National Council in the implementation of the recommendations issued by the Board is a sign of good relations between the government and the Council and the evidence of the seriousness of the government in the implementation of these recommendations when possible in practice for the benefit of the nation and the welfare of the citizen.
