As part of efforts to promote communication and constructive dialogue between ministry leadership and staff, the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs organized an Iftar gathering for its employees at St. Regis Hotel in Abu Dhabi.

Speaking on the occasion, H.E. Dr. Anwar Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Minister of State for Federal National Council Affairs, said: “Meetings with staff are important to exchange views and ideas on various issues concerning the ministry. Such meetings also serve to improve the working environment and raise productivity levels thereby contributing to the achievement of the strategic objectives of various government agencies.”

Addressing the gathering, H.E. Tariq Hilal Lootah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs, encouraged the ministry employees to put in their best efforts to contribute to the development activities in the UAE. H.E. Lootah also urged them to work together as a family to take the ministry to the highest levels of excellence and innovation in government performance in line with the directives of the leadership of the country.

The Iftar was also attended by His Excellency Dr. Saeed Mohammed Al Ghafli, Assistant Undersecretary for Federal National Council Affairs in the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs, apart from departmental managers and staff of the ministry.
