The Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs organized a luncheon for its employees at the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi to strengthen the relationship between the employees as well as to enable them to exchange ideas with the senior leadership of the ministry as part of efforts to help improve the Ministry’s performance.

H.E. Tariq Hilal Lootah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs, stressed that the ministry is keen to motivate its employees to enable them to improve their performance and carry out their tasks better to achieve the Ministry’s goals.

“All employees are invited to participate in the Ministry’s success, and they are called to put in more efforts to improve their efficiency levels in line with the directives of the UAE’s leadership to develop government performance to the highest standards,” said H.E. Tariq Hilal Lootah.

H.E. Tariq Hilal Lootah thanked all the departments for implementing various projects based on the operational plans of the Ministry, and urged the employees to develop their skills in accordance with the Ministry’s focus on excellence and quality.

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Saeed Mohammed Al Ghafli, Assistant Undersecretary for Federal National Council Affairs in the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs, H.E. Sami Bin Adi, Assistant Undersecretary for Public Support and Institutional Support, directors, heads of departments and staff.
