Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs Educates Employees on Importance of Creative Thinking

Abu Dhabi, February 24, 2022 – The Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs (MFNCA) held a training workshop for its employees titled ‘Innovation without Borders or Limits’ at its Abu Dhabi headquarters as part of its initiatives to provide an enhanced, healthy, and positive work environment for employees.
The Ministry had launched a series of events to mark UAE Innovation Month, which is taking place this year under the slogan ‘UAE Innovates 2022’.
The workshop aims to introduce MFNCA employees to the important role innovation plays in improving procedures, upgrading work environments, stimulating creative thinking, encouraging employees to think outside the box, embracing their exceptional ideas, and empowering them to persevere. This, in turn, serves to fulfil the Ministry’s strategic objectives to build advanced systems and provide innovative services that live up to the UAE leadership’s vision and directives, which aim to cement the UAE’s status as a leader and pioneer.
The training workshop brought together MFNCA officials and staff, offering interactive activities to coach employees on how to think in unconventional, creative ways, and employ innovative methods for communicating with other team members, in addition to using innovation to enhance concentration and achieve the best results.
The Ministry is committed to optimising the use of innovation and creativity, investing in modern technologies to provide outstanding services, keeping pace with UAE Government directives and strategies in all sectors, and upgrading services to ensure customers’ happiness.
The Ministry of State for FNC Affairs seeks to establish a culture of innovative thinking in work environments, in an effort to drive advanced levels of efficiency and quality, promote a culture of political participation among members of the community, and enhance coordination and follow-up processes between the Federal National Council and the government.
