The Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs organised a friendly gathering with the media in order to maintain a fruitful relationships with one of the most important strategic partners of the ministry.

The gathering was attended by His Excellency Tariq Hilal Lootah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs, HE Dr. Saeed Al Ghafli, Assistant Undersecretary for Federal National Council Affairs, and His Excellency Sami Bin Adi, Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services, in addition to the Government Communication team in the ministry.

“It is the constant effort of the ministry to achieve maximum cooperation with the media, as they reflect the ministry’s activities and achievements and represent a very important tool to enhance community awareness on political participation, which is considered one of the most important strategic tasks of the ministry,” said His Excellency Tariq Hilal Lootah.

“The continuous development of the relationship with local and international media as well as the flow of government information to the media are in line with our leadership vision,” added His Excellency.

His Excellency said the ministry has launched several media initiatives aimed at enhancing community awareness about political participation and development, and has also organized in the past a training programme for media representatives to maintain a strong mutual relationship, which have helped media persons to clearly understand the message to be delivered to the audience.
