This year’s Emirati Women’s Day holds special significance following the announcement by H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, ‘Mother of the Nation’, Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation, of ‘We Emerge Stronger and Better’ as the theme for the occasion. The theme highlights the UAE’s commitment to empowering women and expanding their participation across all levels and roles. It also reflects the vital role Emirati women play as active partners in the country’s comprehensive development journey, contributing to the advancement of government institutions, enhancing their competitiveness and strengthening their efficiency.
