As part of its activities to celebrate the UAE’s 47th National Day, the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs (MFNCA) organised an event today (Tuesday, November 27, 2018) to mark the occasion with its employees.

His Excellency Tariq Hilal Lootah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of State for FNC Affairs, said: “The UAE’s National Day is an occasion near and dear to the hearts and minds of all Emirati citizens. It is an expression of our strength and our pride in the accomplishments our country has achieved over the years.”

On behalf of the Ministry of State for FNC Affairs and its staff, H.E. Lootah congratulated His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE; H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, Ruler of Dubai; H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces; and Their Highnesses the Rulers of the emirates.

The National Day celebrations, which brought together all of the Ministry’s employees, included various cultural and heritage activities. Participants asserted the great importance this day holds for them, reaffirming their commitment to the values of patriotism and loyalty to the country and its leadership.
