Abu Dhabi 28 September 2020: The Ministry of State for Federal National Council (FNC) Affairs has won three awards in the Global Stevie Award programme for this year. One of the most prestigious international awards in the field of creativity, institutional excellence, human resources and business, the annual programme receives entries from more than 3,800 international governmental and private entities located in 63 countries around the world.
For the second consecutive year, the Ministry took first place Gold in the programme’s two categories of ‘Best Human Resources Management’ and ‘Achievement in Finance’ and third place Bronze in its ‘Organisation of the Year for Governmental Entities’ category.
Commenting on the wins, His Excellency Tariq Hilal Lootah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of State for FNC Affairs, said: “The Ministry is committed to applying the best international standards and employing innovation in all its areas of work. This contributes to improving performance and reaching excellence in the provision of services, in line with the directives of the wise leadership of the UAE, which constantly motivate us to continue achieving the highest rankings and positions in all global indicators.”
His Excellency added: “These three honours are a qualitative addition to the accomplishments of the Ministry, which also garnered first place positions in the same award programme last year. This highlights our ongoing journey towards success; our consecutive wins are an incentive for us to continuously develop our skills and expertise to improve performance and scoop even more international awards in the coming years.”
His Excellency dedicated the wins to the Ministry’s staff members, saying: “We work as one team and are keen to provide services with a particular vision, which is achieving the highest standards of happiness for our customers. I extend my sincere thanks to every one of the Ministry’s employees who have exerted extra efforts and worked so diligently to achieve these wins, which are a source of pride for us all.”
The Ministry’s winning of a number of International Stevie Awards for the second year running reflects a qualitative endorsement of its work and its distinction in applying the best global standards and practices in all fields.
