Abu Dhabi, UAE – 30 November 2023 – The Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs (MFNCA) held a gathering to mark Commemoration Day at its headquarters in Abu Dhabi, attended by His Excellency Tariq Hilal Lootah, MFNCA Undersecretary, and Assistant Undersecretary H.E. Sami Mohammed bin Adi, along with several department managers, employees, and members of the Ministry’s team.

The event began with the raising of the UAE flag at 8:00 am. At 11:30 am, participants observed a minute of silence and prayer for the souls of the nation’s martyrs, asking God to grant them paradise for their noble sacrifice in defending their country’s pride and dignity.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, the UAE flag was raised accompanied by the national anthem.

The MFNCA employees expressed the high esteem to which they hold the country’s brave martyrs, recognising and honouring their invaluable sacrifice in defence of the nation and its achievements. This sacrifice embodies the highest meanings of dedication and passes it down to all future generations in times to come.
