The “Historical Brief of the FNC General Topics” initiative was created by the Ministry of State for the Federal National Council Affairs in an effort to develop the coordination process between the federal government (including Ministries, institutions and federal entities) and the FNC, and as such the competent Minister shall be fully informed about the historical background of the subject intended for discussion in the FNC.

The Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs provides the historical background of the general topic to be discussed in the FNC through its sessions. The Ministry shall put all relevant information, data and recommendations in the hands of the concerned Minister before the scheduled session of the Council to discuss well in advance.
