The FNC communicates with the concerned Ministry to provide data and information on the topic which the committees of the Council study in preparation to discuss it in the Council.

In case a delay occurs from the Ministry to respond to the FNC, concerning the provision of the necessary data and information to study a topic before one of its committees, the Council shall send a copy of the request for data and information – sent to the concerned Ministry – to the Ministry of State for National Council Affairs to follow up on the request and require an expedient response.
3. The Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs shall then promptly address the concerned Ministry to provide the data and information requested by the FNC until its committee has completed the study of the topic and prepared a report thereon.
