Procedures for Formal Questions:

1. The Federal National Council (FNC) shall address an official letter to the concerned Minister containing the question.
2. Questions related to federal bodies and institutions not headed by a Minister shall be addressed to the Minister of State for Federal National Council Affairs.
3. The Minister shall respond to the Federal National Council with an official letter stating either their consent to attend the specific session to answer the question (oral reply) or their desire to respond (in writing). The Minister may also ask to postpone their reply for a period of two weeks.
4. A copy of the Minister’s response to the Federal National Council’s letter shall be sent to the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs.
